Program Description

Zovi (operated by Circl Technologies LLC, Montgomery TX) provides an optional phone number verification service for users of the Zovi mobile application. When users voluntarily provide their phone number and explicitly request a verification code, Zovi sends a one-time SMS passcode (OTP) to confirm the phone number belongs to the user.

How to Opt In

To receive SMS messages from Zovi:

1. Download the Zovi app from the Apple App Store
2. Create a Zovi account
3. On the registration screen, locate the optional "Phone number" field
4. Manually type your phone number into the field
5. Read the consent disclosure displayed below the field
6. Tap "Send verification code" to explicitly request an SMS
7. Enter the 6-digit code you receive to complete verification

Phone verification is completely optional. Tap "Skip for now" to use Zovi without providing your phone number. No SMS will be sent if you skip.

The following disclosure is displayed in the Zovi app at the point of opt-in, before any message is sent:

Message Types

Zovi sends ONLY one-time passcode (OTP) verification codes via SMS. We never send:

• Marketing or promotional messages
• Recurring notifications
• Unsolicited messages of any kind
• Messages from third parties

Message Frequency

Messages are sent ONLY when you explicitly tap "Send verification code" in the Zovi app. You control when messages are sent. We will never send a message you did not request.

Cost

Zovi does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Zovi message at any time to immediately unsubscribe. After opting out:

• You will receive one confirmation message
• No further messages will be sent
• Reply START to resubscribe

You may also remove your phone number from your account in the Zovi app under Settings → Account → Phone Number → Remove.

Data and Privacy

Your phone number is stored only as a SHA-256 cryptographic hash after verification. We cannot recover your actual phone number. We never share phone numbers with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

SMS messages are delivered by Twilio. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
